Reinforced concrete slab calculation (Calcul de Dalles en Béton Armé : CaDaBA)
Tool developped on behalf of Séchaud & Metz company, allowing to carry out fast studies of non linear behaviour of reinforced concrete slabs and walls.
Study under various concomitant actions
In order to assist the SCHÖCK company in getting the renewal of its technical certification for thermal breakers, NECS’ mission was to verify the mechanical resistance of the breakers under various concomitant actions.
Assessment of the resistance of the post tensionned precast slabs
Expertise of the behaviour of a slab exposed to fire with the mean of numerical calculations, estimate of compression failure processes in the slab, assessment of the influence of continuity and support restraints, and of geometrical 2nd order effects.
Diaphragm-wall quay – London Gateway Port
Finite element modelling and non linear analysis, computation and examination of material stress mappings, assessment of resistance margins of the reinforced concrete diapghram-wall to ultimate limit state, assessment of the effects of steel corrosion on the structure behaviour, conclusion on the harmfulness level of the defects.
